As the founder of Winvista Ltd, Russell pioneered application activity monitoring technology in the mid-90s. At Amazon Web Services UK Ltd, Russell excelled as a Product Solutions Architect, developing scalable cloud-based solutions. During tenure at Sophos, Russell served as Senior Director of Product Management, driving the successful launch of Intercept X, and held leadership roles as Vice President of Product for Sophos SaaS, MSP, and Partner Platforms, as well as Endpoint Security Group, significantly contributing to revenue growth and innovative cybersecurity solutions.
