Ivar Kjærvik Hanson is currently the CEO of Connector Subsea Solutions, a position they have held since 2016. Previously, Ivar served as CEO of Noryards AS from 2014 to 2016 and as Management Advisor and Chairman at Noryards BMV AS in 2016. Their extensive experience also includes leadership roles at TTS Group ASA, where they were the Head of Marine Division and Chief Operating Officer. Ivar holds a Master of Science in Business from Norges Handelshøyskole and an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Høgskolen i Bergen.
