Shanu Nisam is an experienced application developer and support engineer currently employed at Conduent since June 2024. In this role, Shanu has designed, developed, and maintained enterprise applications that enhanced client process efficiency by up to 30% through workflow automation, while also improving system performance and security. Prior to this, Shanu worked as a software engineer at Onesoft Technologies from August 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included building and maintaining custom business applications and contributing to the development of ERP, CRM, and POS systems. Shanu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Nilgiri College of Arts and Science, completed in 2022.
