Christine (Son) Fickel is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel-Litigation at Conduent since January 2017, Christine has previously held roles as Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel at Xerox Business Services, LLC from September 2012 to December 2016, and as Senior Attorney at J.C. Penney Corporation, Inc. from December 2006 to September 2012. Christine also began a legal career as an Associate at Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP from September 2002 to November 2006, focusing on commercial and employment matters. Christine earned a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law from 1999 to 2002 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and French from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained in 1998.
