Jaywant Bharat Bhalla is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Designer for Global Product Experience at SAP Concur, Jaywant focuses on enhancing user satisfaction through improved automation and design for diverse user roles. Prior roles include Head of Design at Adroit Studios, Director of UX Design and Client Management at KPMG, and Director of Product Design at METRICS NORDIC, among others. Jaywant has successfully led design initiatives for numerous high-profile clients, including Barclays and Novartis, and has a strong background in developing B2B SaaS solutions and orchestrating complex design projects. Jaywant holds a master's degree in Transportation from Istituto Europeo di Design and a bachelor's degree in Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi.
