Dallas Fossum has over two decades of experience in facilities management and reliability consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities Management at Concordia College since March 2019, Dallas previously held the position of Executive Director of Facilities Management at North Dakota State College of Science from April 2007 to March 2019, as well as Heating Plant Supervisor. Prior to that, Dallas worked as a Program Manager/Reliability Consultant at Allied Reliability from January 2000 to April 2007. Between 1990 and 1994, Dallas gained valuable experience in internal communications while serving in the US Navy aboard the USS Von Steuben SSBN 632. Dallas holds educational credentials from Bismarck State College from 1994 to 1995.
