Paul Marcoe is an accomplished executive currently serving as SVP and Head of Commercial Operations & Product at Concord Servicing since June 2025, following the acquisition of Orion First. In this role, Paul leads strategy and development focused on scalable servicing solutions and operational excellence within the equipment finance industry. Previously, Paul held dual roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Orion First, overseeing senior IT leadership and client relationship management. Additionally, Paul served as Chief Technology Officer at Mintaka Financial and Vice President of Information Systems & Security at Financial Pacific Leasing, where significant contributions to IT operations and infrastructure development were made. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Western Washington University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
