Amy Roman is the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Concora Credit, a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Counsel at EnLink Midstream from 2015 to 2018 and as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Populus Financial Group from 2013 to 2015. Amy began their legal career at Weil, Gotshal & Manges from 2005 to 2013, following an early career as an Analyst at Accenture from 2000 to 2002. They hold a Doctor of Law (JD) from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business & Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
