Manal Saqri is a seasoned HR leader currently serving as the Head of People & Talent Acquisition at Concentrix since September 2025, where responsibilities include defining and leading Talent Acquisition strategy to support large-scale growth. Previously, Manal held the position of International Project Director of People & Talent Development at L’univers NOZ, managing global HR projects across various countries. Prior experience includes roles at Amazon as Regional Learning & Development Manager and Operations & Field HR Development Manager, focusing on training programs and aligning HR with operational needs. At Orange, Manal served as HR Development PMO and Project Manager for Deployment & Organizational Transformation. The career began at ITM Logistique Alimentaire Intermarché as Operations & People Manager. Manal holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Management de l’Excellence Opérationnelle from IMT Nord Europe and completed Classe préparatoires in MPSI at Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes - ENIT.
