Lorena Vargas Islas is a seasoned design professional with a strong background in user experience and conversation design. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant I in Conversation Design at Concentrix since November 2022, Lorena also holds the position of Chapter Lead and Ambassador for Women in Voice México since November 2019. Previously, Lorena worked as a User Experience Product Designer at Citibanamex from October 2021 to November 2022, and as a User Experience Designer and Application Development Associate at Accenture from January 2018 to September 2021. Lorena Vargas Islas holds Bachelor's degrees in Industrial and Product Design from both Tecnológico de Monterrey and RMIT University.
