William Galland is an enablement-first procurement leader with extensive experience in complex, tech-driven environments. They held positions such as UK Sourcing Manager at Lloyds Banking Group and Head of Wholesale Banking Procurement at ING, leading global teams in various sectors. Currently, they are the Director of Technology Procurement at Computershare. William has also successfully consulted for companies like Kiwibank and Virgin Money, focusing on technology transformation and infrastructure procurement. They earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Management and Operations from the University of Otago.
