M. Katherine (Katie) Pieper has been active in the financial services industry since 1986, holding a variety of positions at prominent firms including First Albany Corp, Alex Brown & Sons, and Morgan Stanley. In 2009, they became a co-founder of Unionview Wealth Partners, where they served as Managing Partner until 2025. Currently, Katie is a Partner and Senior Wealth Advisor at Composition Wealth, focusing on providing personalized financial advisory services. They earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 1983 and a Master of Science in Finance from Seattle University in 1994. In their free time, Katie enjoys cycling, skiing, and traveling with their family.
