Mike Naylor is an experienced sales and accounts leader with a strong background in the technology and airline industries. Currently serving as the Head of Sales and Accounts for Europe at Comply365 since January 2026, Naylor previously held the role of Commercial Director at Vistair Systems dba Comply365 from October 2019 to January 2026. Prior to these roles, Naylor spent nearly two decades at Datalex in various positions including VP of Strategic Sales and VP of Business Development. Early in the career, Naylor gained experience in sales and marketing at organizations such as Teamwork Solutions, Travel2, and Trailfinders. Naylor holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Plymouth, obtained from 1985 to 1988.
