Kristin Nelson is an innovative and results-oriented leader with significant experience in developing learning strategies and driving scalable solutions. Between 1999 and 2004, they served as a Global Learning Specialist at Compuware, where they designed and developed training solutions. Kristin continued their career at EJ from 2004 to 2011 as the Learning & Organizational Development Manager, managing corporate training and organizational development initiatives. Most recently, they worked at Compass Group as the Manager of Learning Solutions, where they led the design of enterprise training and implemented key processes. Kristin holds a BBA in Human Resources and Psychology from Western Michigan University, obtained in 1999.
