Diego Charola holds a robust background in human resources and organization effectiveness, currently serving as the Organization Effectiveness Director and People Director for Iberia at Compass Group since February 2018. Previously, Diego Charola was the HR General Manager at GRUPO CORTEFIEL, where responsibility included defining global HR strategy for a company with over 10,000 employees. Earlier career experience includes serving as HR Director at Springfield, overseeing HR policy implementation for a brand with 2,400 employees and operations in 49 countries. Diego Charola's educational qualifications include a PADIB in digital transformation from ISDI, a Master’s degree in HR Management from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros, and a Licenciatura en Derecho from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
