Anthony Ledeboer is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Commercial and Strategy Director for Compass Group Europe & Middle East since June 2019, following a prior role as Associate Director in Group M&A. With extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital structuring, and client relationship management, Anthony has also held significant positions at Stifel Financial Corp. as Vice President of Corporate Finance, and at Questco, focusing on compliance and relationship development. Earlier in the career, Anthony worked at PwC South Africa and PwC Houston, contributing notably to audit management and strategy. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Science with Finance Honours, both from the University of Cape Town.
