Ed Farrell serves as the National Director of Culinary ESS/ECC at Compass Group Canada since August 2023, following a distinguished tenure as Executive Chef of Canadian Operations from May 2018 to August 2023. Ed also held the position of Executive Sous Chef during this period. Prior to joining Compass Group, Ed was the Executive Chef at ESS Compass Group Canada, showcasing a strong leadership role in culinary operations. Ed Farrell completed a degree in Culinary Arts specializing in Culinary/Restaurant Operations at the Culinary Institute of Canada from 2001 to 2002.
