Lacey Nivison currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Compass Facilities since July 2025 and holds the position of Vice President on the Board of Directors for the 7x24 Exchange Texas South Chapter, where efforts focus on promoting knowledge sharing and networking within the critical infrastructure and data center industry. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales at Caruth Protection Services, LLC, and Corporate Director of Business Development at Prism Electric, Inc. Lacey also has experience as a Senior Regional Sales Director at LSS Life Safety Services® and Director of Commercial Accounts at Crest Exteriors LLC, specializing in storm restoration. Additionally, Lacey co-owned a residential painting company from January 2008 to February 2015.
