Steven Hall currently serves as a Project Manager at Compass Construction since July 2025. Prior to this role, Steven accumulated extensive experience at Exxel Pacific, Inc. from 2012 to July 2025, where positions included Project Manager, Sr. Project Engineer, and Project Engineer. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington, earned in 2011, and completed secondary education at O'Dea High School from 2002 to 2006.
