Amanda Taylor, CHRL, currently serves as the Vice President of People, Culture and Organizational Development at Communitech, a role held since May 2022, after previously holding the position of Director of People, Culture and Ecosystem Talent. Prior experiences include working as a People & Culture Manager at Powerhouse Controls Ltd, and as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Christian Horizons, where responsibilities included providing organizational guidance and promoting HR best practices. Earlier roles encompassed various HR positions at CRS Contractors Rental Supply, Pathways to Independence, and an internship at Addiction and Mental Health Services Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington, along with a Human Resources Coordinator position at Knapp Fasteners Inc.
