Matthew Carlquist has a diverse work experience in the construction and communication technology industry. Matthew started their career at Custom Bindery in 2008, where they worked in operations for two years. In 2010, they joined SAC Wireless as a Civil Technician and later transitioned to the role of DAS/EF&I Technician. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a Construction Manager at SAC Wireless. In 2017, they joined Deerfield Construction Group as a DAS Construction Project Manager. Since 2019, they have been working as a DAS Project Manager II at Communication Technology Services, LLC.

Matthew Carlquist attended Lake Park High School from 2004 to 2008, graduating with a high school diploma. In 2006, they enrolled at Technology Center of DuPage and pursued an Associate's degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician before completing it in 2008. From 2008 to 2010, Matthew studied at the College of DuPage, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In terms of certifications, Matthew obtained their Anritsu certification in May 2010, followed by the Commscope certification in February 2011. Matthew concluded their certifications with the Tyco certificate obtained in January 2013.
