Paul Schneider is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in fiber optic manufacturing. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at CommScope since August 2015, Paul specializes in fiber optic processes and supports global manufacturing operations. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at TE Connectivity from 1999 to August 2015, including Senior Principal Engineer in Global Manufacturing Development and Fiber Optic Manufacturing Manager. Paul has a strong background in the development of automated production lines and has been integral in the advancement of fiber optic connector and termination processes. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Photography from Vaal Triangle Technikon and has a foundational education from John Orr Tech and Springs High.
