Lance Meiners possesses over 30 years of experience in IT strategy, business operations, and product lifecycle management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Strategy & Planning and formerly as the Director of Business Operations for Master Data Management at CommScope since April 2019, Lance has established a Master Data Governance framework and launched a company-wide Citizen Development Program. Prior to CommScope, Lance held various leadership positions at ARRIS and Motorola, where responsibilities included merging companies into unified PLM solutions and managing multimillion-dollar programs for product lifecycle solutions. Earlier roles spanned IT Product Lifecycle Management at General Instrument Corporation and training positions with PTS Learning Systems and several churches. Lance earned an MBA in Executive Leadership from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from The King's College.
