Coulter Minix, a Kentucky native, currently serves as the Governor’s Deputy Chief of Staff while also directing the Washington, D.C. Office for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Licensed to practice law in both D.C. and Kentucky, Minix holds a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Master’s degree in Education from George Mason University. Previously, Minix worked as a Staff Attorney for the Children's Law Center and held various roles, including Director of Government Relations for Almost Family, Inc., and Law Clerk at prominent firms.
