Lisa Rabbitt is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Compliance & Ethics and Risk Operations at Commonwealth Care Alliance, a position they currently hold since 2024. They have an extensive background in healthcare compliance and risk management, having previously served in various roles at UPMC Health Plan from 2001 to 2003, culminating in positions such as Senior Director of Risk Management & Compliance Operations and AVP of Corporate Compliance & Ethics. In addition to their corporate career, Lisa is currently a Group Fitness Instructor at Pure Barre. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from PennWest Clarion in 1998.
