Tim Carmichael is an experienced People and Culture leader who drives performance, innovation, and growth through engagement. They held the position of Director of People and Culture at Open Colleges from 2014 to 2016 and have been the Head of HR at Active Super since 2020, where they led a cultural transformation. Tim's extensive career includes roles at BHP as an HR Graduate and HR Manager, as well as executive positions at Optus, where they oversaw emerging digital businesses and the Pay TV sector. They completed a fully sponsored Masters in Business at Stanford University and possess dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Mathematical Sciences from the University of Adelaide. Currently, they serve as the Talent Acquisition Strategy Lead at Commonwealth Bank.
