Pradeep Kumar is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems engineering and service operation. Pradeep worked at CGI as a Systems Engineer from October 2018 to July 2021, focusing on Windows Server installation, management, and configuration. Following this, Pradeep served as a Service Operation Engineer at Commonwealth Bank from August 2021 to January 2025, specializing in Wintel and Linux environments, as well as cloud technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and AWS. Prior to that, Pradeep was an ITO Service Delivery Consultant at DXC Technology for nearly three years, addressing technical issues related to Wintel, Azure, and VMware. Pradeep holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
