Elena Akama(s) is currently the Organisational Development Lead at Commonwealth Bank, having previously held the position of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Senior Manager. Prior to this, they served as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at the same bank. Elena's experience includes significant roles at PwC, where they were an International Tax Senior Associate and later focused on Global Tax and Transfer Pricing. They began their career as a Financial Accountant at Arup. Elena holds a degree in Accounting and Finance with French Business Studies from The University of Kent and a Licence in Management Science from Université Jean Moulin in France.
