Ben Kim is a Senior Manager in Technology Risk Operations at Commonwealth Bank, where they support strategic delivery and risk management for CBA Technology. With over 10 years of experience in financial services and project management, Ben has held multiple roles within Commonwealth Bank, including Senior Manager in Risk Transformation and various positions in risk and control advisory. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder and Head of Technology & Operations at My Happy Feat, a program focused on enhancing workplace engagement and employee wellbeing through gamification and data analytics. Ben is currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Sound Production and a degree in Startups at TAFE NSW and the University of Technology Sydney, respectively.
