Arezou Soltani is a seasoned professional in data science and machine learning, currently serving as the Chapter Lead for Data Science and Agentic AI in Business Banking at Commonwealth Bank. Previously, Arezou held roles as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Little Birdie and Atlassian, where they developed advanced models for product categorization and conversational engines. Arezou also contributed to academia as a Sessional Lecturer at Monash University and a Research Scientist at Swinburne University of Technology, co-founding the SoDA Lab to empower the community sector with data-driven solutions. They earned a Ph.D. in Digital Watermarking from RMIT University and have extensive experience across multiple sectors, including telecommunications and finance.
