Erica Kinsey, PhD, MBA, is currently the Enterprise Director of Medical Physics at CommonSpirit Health, where they supervise the physics and dosimetry teams and oversee radiation oncology operations for the Mountain Region. Previously, Erica served as a Radiation Oncology Manager and Chief Medical Physicist at Intermountain Health from 2013 to 2023, and held positions as an Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and a Medical Physics Resident at the University of California at San Diego. Erica also contributed to research at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the University of California, San Francisco, focusing on tumor-targeting MRI contrast agents and improving radiation treatments. They hold advanced degrees in both physics and business.
