Jerry Minett is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and environmental science. Starting a career at BPG USA, Jerry held the position of Manufacturing Manager from December 2020 to September 2023, and has since served as Plant Director from August 2023 to December 2025. Currently, Jerry is the Director of Operations at Command Companies, a role assumed in November 2025. Jerry holds an Associate of Science degree in Environmental Science from SUNY Adirondack, completed between 1988 and 1991.
