Trinity Thorpe-Lubneuski is a multicultural strategist and data storyteller with over 15 years of experience in building diverse teams and empowering communities. They have held leadership roles at Comcast, including Executive Director of Multicultural Strategy & Planning and Internet Essentials, where they focused on communications, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. Previously, Trinity served as Assistant Director in the School District of Philadelphia and has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania since 2025. Trinity earned a Master's of Science in Social Policy and a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University. Currently, they are also an Agency Fellow in the Strategic Data Project at Harvard University.
