Stacy Burnette, Esq. is the Senior Director of Government & Regulatory Affairs at Comcast Cable, where they develop and execute government and community relations strategies across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. With a Juris Doctor focused in Law from Howard University School of Law, Stacy has a strong background in legal compliance, advocacy, and strategic partnerships. Previously, they held key positions such as Division Manager for the City of Los Angeles and General Counsel for the Office of Cable Television, where they managed significant compliance and legal matters, negotiated multimillion-dollar licensing agreements, and received recognition for outstanding leadership. Additionally, Stacy has served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at the DC Chamber of Commerce and has been acknowledged as one of the Nation’s Top Lobbyists by Lawyers of Color.
