Sean O'Connell is the Sr. Director of Employee Communications at Comcast, where they lead internal communications programs to enhance employee satisfaction and communication culture. Previously, Sean has held roles such as Local Programming & Production Manager at MediaOne and Area Access Supervisor at AT&T Broadband. They have also taught Video Field Production as an instructor at Dean College and served as Community Television Coordinator at Continental Cablevision. Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
