Ralph Silvan

VIce President of Customer Care

Ralph Silvan, MBA, has held various leadership roles at Comcast since 2006, culminating in their current position as Division VP of Strategy and Operations since 2022, where they oversee strategy and operations for Advanced Repair and Omni channel initiatives. Previously, Ralph served as Vice President of Customer Care, Area Director of Customer Service, and Senior Director of Customer Care, consistently enhancing customer service operations and driving performance improvements across multiple call centers. Ralph earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management, as well as a BS in Biology and a BA in History, all from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
