Jentry Highland is a senior leader with over 10 years of experience in customer experience strategy, financial analysis, and program management. Previously, Jentry served as a Senior Accountant at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and held various roles at Comcast, ultimately becoming a Senior Manager specializing in CX Strategy & Innovation. At Comcast, Jentry managed a budget exceeding $500 million and led key initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational reliability. Currently, Jentry is pursuing a degree in Finance at the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
