Amit Parikh is an experienced legal and technology professional with a robust background in patent law and engineering. Amit began a career as an Infrastructure Engineer at Lehman Brothers before transitioning to roles as an Analyst at Citi and Associate at Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein, where duties included drafting legal documents and managing complex e-discovery processes. Subsequently, Amit served as an Associate at McCarter & English, LLP, leading patent litigation and managing inter partes review proceedings. Following this, Amit was Counsel for Patents at Comcast, overseeing patent strategy for a diverse technology portfolio. Currently, Amit holds the position of Assistant Deputy General Counsel, providing legal guidance on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. Amit holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
