Paloma Burgos is currently the Chief People Officer at Combo, where they lead the people function. Previously, they served as the Head of People for SumUp, successfully aligning culture and processes across multiple countries while overseeing significant growth and redefining compensation policies. Prior to that, Paloma held various HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Director at Tiller and Head of People at Believe Digital, where they managed HR strategies and nurtured talent across diverse markets. Paloma holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Université Paris Dauphine and a Master's degree in Management Sciences from Université Panthéon Sorbonne.
