Rachel Heine is a nonprofit leader and fundraiser with over twenty years of experience in driving impactful change within organizations. Since 2019, they have served as the Director of Development at Columbus Metropolitan Library, where they lead strategic initiatives and comprehensive fundraising efforts, raising over $20 million and expanding donor relationships. Previously, Rachel held leadership roles at various organizations, including the Nationwide Children's Hospital Foundation and OhioHealth, where they successfully managed donor relations and event strategies. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Applied Cultural Studies and a Master's in Public Administration, both from Northern Kentucky University, along with a certificate in Nonprofit Studies.
