Marina Ripoche is the General Counsel at ColCap, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Marina worked as Senior Legal Counsel, Regulatory & Operations, and served as Legal Counsel & Associate Director at Macquarie Bank from 2006 to 2014. They began their legal career as a Lawyer at Ebsworth & Ebsworth and later held the roles of Senior Policy Counsel and Vice President, Registration at IIROC from 2015 to 2016. Marina holds a Bachelor of Science with a Physics major and a Bachelor of Laws with first-class honors from the University of Sydney, as well as a Master's in Finance from Macquarie University.
