Lexi Awotwi is currently the Director of Asset Management and CapEx at Columbia Residential, having transitioned from the role of Asset Manager in 2023. Previously, Lexi served as an Investment Analyst at Sugar Creek Capital and gained valuable insights as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Lexi also has experience as a Professional Volleyball Player and Graduate Student Manager for the Georgia Tech Women's Volleyball team, along with various internships in business development and community initiatives. They hold a dual Master's degree in Public Policy and City and Regional Planning from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Michigan.
