Randy Choy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in philanthropy, community engagement, and nonprofit management. Currently serving as Vice President of Philanthropy Programs and Managing Director of the Umpqua Bank Charitable Foundation, Randy leads philanthropic strategies and grantmaking initiatives across an eight-state region, overseeing a budget that distributes nearly $4 million annually. Previous roles include Community Engagement Manager at the Chinese American Citizens Alliance, where Randy developed outreach plans to boost civic engagement in AAPI communities, and Education Specialist at Portland General Electric, managing key educational partnerships. Randy's background also includes significant experience at The Oregon Community Foundation, where as a Program Officer, Randy managed a $100 million scholarship endowment, and at the University of Oregon, where leadership in the Office of Multicultural Affairs supported marginalized students. Randy Choy holds both a Master's Degree in Public Affairs and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon.
