Natalie K is an experienced Cost Manager currently overseeing the commercial management of a project portfolio exceeding €1 billion for Colt Data Centre Services across Frankfurt, Berlin, and the Netherlands since June 2024. Prior to this role, Natalie served as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Laing O'Rourke, managing MEP works for a £120 million project for a Global Data Centre Client from August 2021 to May 2024, and held various positions as a Quantity Surveyor in the same company, including managing packages for the Brighton 3T's project. Natalie's career began as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Skanska from September 2017 to September 2021, contributing to significant projects such as the 150 Holborn project and the Paddington Elizabeth Line project. Earlier experience includes working at Judge Sykes Frixou on commercial and residential property transactions. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from the University College of Estate Management and a Chartered Legal Executive Qualification from CILEX Law School.
