Damien Kuhn has extensive experience in both civilian and military roles. At Colortech Inc., Damien serves as a Senior Sales Representative and Commodity Manager, overseeing supplier relationships and managing procurement with an annual spend exceeding $120 million. Previously, as a Senior Buyer at Colortech, Damien managed 40 suppliers and sourced over 200 raw materials valued at over $25 million. In the US Army, Damien excelled in various leadership positions, including Company Commander, where a significant increase in technical proficiency was achieved, and Brigade Operations Officer, supporting over 1,000 combat missions during Operation Enduring Freedom XIV. An alumnus of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Military History, Damien also holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.
