Frank E. Lugo Jr. is a retired US Marine Corps veteran and co-founder of RainIons, where they serve as a board member. With over twenty-five years of leadership expertise, Frank has held various roles in both military and civilian sectors, excelling in physical security, identity management, and emergency management. They have led significant operations within the Marine Corps and contributed as an executive in organizations like United States Northern Command and Colorado Springs Utilities. Frank’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and multiple master's certificates in Identity Management and Homeland Defense. They currently maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) clearance.
