Jerry Gisclair, MAI MRICS, is the Executive Vice President of US Client Relations and Services at Colliers Valuation, where they focus on expanding the firm's valuation platform for multi-market, institutional clients. With over 25 years in the valuation profession, including nearly 13 years at Colliers and 12 years at CBRE as Managing Director, Jerry has developed expertise in various property types, from land and office to upscale regional malls and hospitality. They also serve on the Advisory Board for the University of Florida Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies. Jerry earned a Master of Arts in Real Estate, Economics & Finance from the University of Florida.
