Chris Grear, CCIM SIOR, is a seasoned professional specializing in office and investment brokerage, representing clients in over 700 transactions totaling more than 6.5 million square feet and valued at over $1 billion. A Nashville resident since 2002, they began their real estate career in 1998 as a land broker in Memphis, TN, and have held key positions at various firms, including Executive Vice President & Partner at Colliers International. Chris is also a board member of the Kiwanis Club of Nashville and served as a partner at Ambrose Associates, where they managed the conversion of a historic downtown office building into residential and commercial spaces. They graduated with a BSBA in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997.
