Ray Michel is an experienced Data Engineer and Analyst, currently serving as the Application Development Manager at the College of Eastern Idaho since 2019. Previously, Ray held roles at eCollege as a Reporting Specialist/Senior Financial Analyst, Shell as a Business Process Technician, and West Unified Communications Services as a Data Engineer. With a strong foundation in data analysis, tools development, and a solid understanding of finance and business operations, Ray is skilled in a variety of technologies including SQL, VBA, and Visual Basic. Ray holds a Bachelor’s and MBA from Idaho State University, along with a paralegal certification and an Associate degree in Business Management.
