Sebastin Francis is an experienced instructional designer, currently working at the College of American Pathologists since November 2014, where the focus is on developing pathology education content in collaboration with subject matter experts. Previous roles include serving as an ID Consultant at The Cara Group, where new courses on risk management and underwriting were developed for State Farm Insurance, and as an instructional designer at Praxis Technologies, responsible for course design analysis and quality improvement. Sebastin also has freelancing experience in eLearning course design and has taught ESL courses at Hudson County Community College and other institutions. A Master of Science in Education (TESOL) from City College of New York complements a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Philosophy from Seton Hall University.
